52" Apex II Ceiling Fan With LED Light Kit And Handheld Remote

Bought 3 of these fans, 2 are going on a vaulted ceiling. I need 2 mounting kits that match the gray with the appropriate downrods. All I see is black and white; is there a kit for this specific fan?

I got two fans about 2 years ago. One of them the lights would never shine bright. Even with new lightbulbs it was always dim. Within the year one of the blades snapped off. The second fan worked great for about 2 years until it just stopped working. Wont turn on. Not the light. Not the fan. Tried everything- checked if it was the power, checked the remote, changed the batteries, tried re-pairing the remote, lightbulbs but nothing will get the fan or the lights back on.

They are not very silent. humming noise when on and the garmets that hold the blade in place are not very sturdy. We had garmets that hold the blade in place fly off for no apparent reason..

Bought 2 fans, when pairing remotes, you can pair one remote to 2 fans, but the other remote will only control one of the fans. Dip switched remotes are better for large multi fan rooms.

I purchased 4 of these fans solely on the Hunter brand reputation. Upon installation from a certified electrician we were extremely pleased with our purchase. Fast forward a few months, and we experience that burning smell as mentioned on the other reviews, and 3 out of the 4 fans the lights have stopped working. I figured maybe the bulbs (led) burned out and just needed to be replaced but that was not the case. This is my first time actually writing a review on a product.
