The lamp shade arrived slightly damaged, but customer service quickly replaced the shade at no cost. We love the look for our master bedroom.

I am disappointed in the quality of the item. The lamp is beautiful, however, after I received it, the lamp was defective. The lamp will not stand sturdy due to something protruding at the bottom underneath the cloth base. This lamp was to be used in a child's room, but do not feel it is safe.

Don’t love proportions seeing it in person, wish spheres were a little more delicate.

So happy with my lamps! They look better than the picture - awesome. Pros: All you need is a light bulb and then screw on the shade.

This lamp would be gorgeous if it didn't lean! It's completely crooked! As soon as I took the bake out of the box my 5 year old says "mom it leans!". I started cracking up because the lean was so obvious!!!! How could they miss something so obvious and send it like this??? Anyways, I submitted a request for new base but haven't heard back yet. I hope that they respond quickly or I may have to call and be all demanding. For a lamp that cost so much I would expect more. However, it is pretty. If it all gets fixed I will update the review :)

I bought this lamp for my end table in my family room and it looks wonderful! It looks like a very expensive lamp. The only complaint is that the padding on the bottom isn't very strong and comes off easily so there is a risk to scratch table tops if you don't make sure it's attached correctly.

This lamp is not very well constructed, and is quite flimsy. If you don't mind using it gingerly, it looks ok esthetically. Just be aware that sometimes you get what you pay for.
