My one issue is that it doesnt come with a remote, dimmer, or agility to change hue colors. This is an easy fix island they wish to update it.

I was really amazed by the quality, especially at this price point. I honestly wasn’t expecting solid wood, but it is! The design is sleek, the shape is beautiful, and it feels far more premium than expected.

This dissatisfied review is unfortunate because the wood housing of the light, both the pendant and the ceiling portion, are very nice. However, (1) the product differed a little from the photos and (2) six hardware parts diagrammed within the instructions were missing. Regarding (1), the black light has silver hanging wires, not black, and there were no decorative screw caps for the visible side of the ceiling portion. Regarding (2), a painstakingly detailed request for the 6 missing parts was ignored in favor of sending me an exact replacement of the whole light, with the same parts missing. Without the two missing mounting brackets and appropriate bolts/nuts, I cannot attach the light to the electrical box in my ceiling as shown in the manufacturer's instructions. (An electrician confirmed this.) My only option would be to insert non-decorative toggle bolts through the outside of the ceiling housing and directly into my ceiling's drywall, and the screws they provided aren't even long enough to do that!

This light is great! It's lightweight, which made install very easy. I got the walnut color one, and the wood color and tone looks really nice, and exactly as pictured online. It's an LED light bar, and gives off a neutral/wam temperature light. It doesn't look extremely cold and blue like some LEDs do. It's also reasonably bright to be useful without being blinding. Adjusting the height of the light is easy because the hanging wires are much longer than needed, but there's plenty of space inside the ceiling mount to coil them. My one complaint is that the wires are fixed in place with plastic screws that screw into the silver channels in the ceiling mount. One of my screws doesn't actually thread correctly, so I'm unsure how solid the cable is held in place. It'll be easy to fix inside the mount and re-hang, but it's still a weakness in an otherwise good product.
