Very disappointed. The base is just a gold cover that is held on by command strips (right out of the box). Cheap quality, I expected more for the price.

Absolutely love this lamp! The color is beautiful—more of a soft champagne gold rather than a bright yellow tone, which makes it feel elevated and easy to match with other gold accents around my home. The quality is great, and the base is nice and heavy, so it feels sturdy and well-made. It adds the perfect amount of height and character to my space without feeling overwhelming. Assembly was super easy and quick, which is always a plus. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it!

Great lamp, looks high end. The gold/brass color is pretty, not tacky. Creates a good amount of light but diffuses it in a way that doesn't blind you.
