A little hard to install- had to get someone to help install. There’s a piece not shown that goes into the fan motor itself to connect to the remote. Operating the remote is okay - you can’t just switch between fan speed settings- have to press off and then switch from high/ medium / low. Otherwise the remote works well. I did not choose to wall mount the remote but it has the option for that as well.

A rather large remote

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The functionality of this works well. As far as installation of it it was a little confusing, but we were able to wire it to control our fan and livingroom lights.

Installation ok, but use of product terrible. Remote is small and flimsy and very hard to extract from wall cradle. Installed 6 of these fans plus cool touch remotes and have same problem with all 6 remotes. Poorly designed.
