Easy to put together and love the 3 way light. I wanted something that I could be somewhat directional, and the light pivots works! I didnt use original shade, I went with a smaller shade I had, it just fits my space better.

This lamp is great. It blends in with our furniture and provides the light needed for the couch and chair.

There were a few negative reviews on this lamp. I am not sure if this was damage in shipping that resulted in a bad review. The lam was delivered without any damage and assembled easily without problems. It is very well built and very nice. This lamp is a little over a hundred dollars and was worth every penny. The only thing that I don't like is the shade is straight walled so a lot of the light goes up to the ceiling instead of down to the floor. I purchased this for a reading light. I changed the shade with an old one that is shaped like a pyramid, it casts a lot more light down for reading. For the price it is a really nice floor lamp.

Sad to say but this isn't a very sturdy lamp. For the price you pay I am disappointed. The arm part of lamp just sits on top so the lamp is often leaning to the side you have the arm. I really like the color but I would look for a more sturdy lamp. Now I have to look at a leaning lamp or put some sort of weight on the base to counter the leaning.
