Oerfect size for the condo. I have to admit that i have never installed a ceiling fan that did not require a jumction box. It has a unique mounting system. Very few parts to assemble. I had it up in 20 minutes. Very quiet and gives good airflow. It dies not come with a light kit, which was fine as my libing room is very light. Great purchase.

Such a beautiful modern fan. The delivery was lightning fast and the box was in perfect condition lol...About 2 days which was great and I was able to have it installed at the same time my handy man was doing other work. I cools the room off nicely and matches the rest of my gold, white and black decor

I received this today and am very happy with it. I love the contemporary look, including and especially the gold detail on the bottom. The remote control is a very nice feature. I also love the energy saving component of it. It's built very well and should last a very long time. And installation looks to be fairly standard.

The 48 inch fan blades motor ceiling fan with remote. The package came quickly and was well packaged to avoid damage. I have not installed the fan yet but the blades material is good quality. Looks great, nice size for a standard bedroom. I would differently recommend this item to friends and family.
