I am not sure how to charge this. It came in a damaged box with no instructions on how to charge it . I don't see where to plug in the charger

Very cheap looking and feeling. Does not put out alot of light, hard to operate and it sort of does it's own thing no matter how many times you tap it. Only nice thing is the pattern of light it puts out.
