Cervantes 56'' Ceiling Fan with LED Lights

I installed this fan on the ceiling of an outdoor lanai patio in Florida. In terms of positives, this fan creates a very strong breeze - stronger than expected given its size. It also has a very modern look which is what we were looking for. In terms of negatives, the quality of construction is very low. After the initial installation the metal ends of the fan blades that attach the blades to the motor housing rubbed against the adapter plate for the light kit causing a horrible scratching sound. I was able to bend the adapter plate to create more space for the blades to rotate, which resolved the issue but created an uneven gap around the fan and left scratches from the rubbing. Also, one of the metal fan blade holders had an imperfection on the surface, creating an unsightly appearance and increasing risk of rust. Overall, given the price, I would not recommend this product.

Beautiful fan that goes with a bedroom set I bought for the guest room. I love Modern Form Fans as they are always of high quality and function. They also fit well in my contemporary home. Great air movement and lighting. What I love the most is that it is a smart fan that works well with Google Assistant. Highly recommend any modern form fans!

Hasn’t been installed yet, but this should look perfect in our screened porch. Great price and arrived quickly.

This fan is a great replacement to our old fan! 6 speeds gives us plenty of options and the large blades help cool the whole room. Was a bit of a challenge to be installed and the light bulb can't be swapped to match the other lights in the room, but overall worth every penny!

I was ready to love this fan. It combined my desire for modern looks with the promise of function and energy efficiency I craved but I was hesitant. This company is expensive, had few reviews and this particular fan had none anywhere; I waited for months for the color I wanted to come back in stock and then go on sale. I admit my demands are high, I won’t look at antiquated styles and returned one I loved because it operated like it was 30 years old. But I was ready and took a chance. The good – we love the way it looks and it’s quiet! The bad – for the talk of it being “high tech” it has too many quirks. There is a huge lag turning it on/off, up/down and not as many levels as the description made it seem. The wall switch is touted as RF but it’s just a regular wall switch with ridiculously small buttons; I’m a small woman and I have difficulties hitting them individually. There is no glow or lighting of any kind so using the wall switch in the dark is impossible! If you want a “remote” you have to use your smart phone which is great if you have one and want to keep it by the bed but not so good if you have guest over or need to turn it on quickly. It’s up so we’re keeping it but I’m not entirely sold on it.
