We bought this fun in January and at first it was great. After a day or two it started making a loud rubbing noise. We turned it off and tried it the next morning and it was fine. A month later it started again. It has been doing it off and on since then. The manufacturer sent us a new fan and would not compensate us for the now $600-$700 we have now spent on having our electricians back out to remove the first fan and put up the second fan........which by the way, started making the same noise immediately. We have very high ceilings and it is not cheap to have the electricians come out with their equipment to get up there. They wanted us to have the electrician come out to see if it was installed correctly, then after that they would send a replacement fan. I wasn't paying for a third electrician visit! I like the look of the fan but don't think I should have to keep paying for the installation and replacement of their faulty product. I will not be buying from this company again! Beautiful fan, functions well and is very quiet. Seems well-built. The box it arrived in was sturdy with a lot of eco-friendly packaging. The instructions could be clearer it took us at least 2 hours to install it.

We purchased two of these, one for a family room and the other for a master bedroom. Installation was straight forward, although at 70 inches mounting the blades after mounting the fan motor was a bit tricky for one person, but doable. I would recommend installing in this order rather then trying to install the entire fan assembly at the same time. This fan is nicely sized for each room. They are dead quiet, and the lack of pull chains for control provides for a cleaner look. The fans can move a lot of air, we typically set it to level 1 or 2. We use both the included wall switch and the iPhone app to control the fan speed and direction. Both work equally well. These fans are already affecting the air circulation in the entire house, keeping temperatures more stable.

Bluetooth receiver has repeatedly failed and required resetting. No way to hardwire light and fan. Their customer service has been responsive And claims to be shipping a new receiver, but no reason why a product should have this many problems within the first year. I recommend a different fan. If I had not installed myself this would’ve cost me hundreds of dollars of electrical assistance.

Love this fan. We installed it for our outdoor pool house. The size is perfect for the space. The color is a true black. Great look!

It’s perfect! Love that it comes with wall wiring. Perfect for new construction. Its also so beautiful and modern. Works amazing! You can really feel the difference in air flow with it on.
