Whether you’re in the construction phase, or updating your existing recessed lighting, this product fits any 5" or 6" recessed housing to create an inviting visual aesthetic that's incredibly easy to install. The high-performance specs feature an impressive CRI rating over 94, with an R9 value of 65 making this one of the highest-rated LED light fixtures in terms of light output quality. This means that your reds will be brighter and your blues will be truer, no matter which colour temperature option you choose. This is constructed with an upgraded, fully-dimmable driver that will exceed 60,000 hours of use. The spun aluminum trim and polystyrene diffuser contribute to the new low-profile design allowing for installation into shallow housings. This includes the IDEAL Quick-Connect along with an Edison base adapter to make installation as easy as possible.

Love it The finish is definitely brushed nickel and dark enough to not look aluminum and cheap. Installation took 10 minutes for 2 of them and would’ve been faster but I’ve never removed recessed ceiling lighting before so took my time to be cautious.

Easy to install but the retainer for the spring needs to be made where the spring doesn't pop off when you pinch it to push it into the slot of the recessed can.
