Rushell 82'' Black LED Arched Floor Lamp with USB

The item arrived with big and very visible cracks on the main LED shade (check the attached photos). Furthermore, the lamp body and the end point which needs to be connected to the shade are tilted such that the LED shade does not look parallel to the floor after assembly. I contacted the customer service about this issues and asked for a replacement (I did not want to write a negative review because I really like the design of this item), they only response that I received was 'We’re working to resolve the issue you’ve had with your order'. They never contacted me about this issue after that and wayfair have not sent me a replacement.

perfect in my apartment as a dining room "chandelier"

This is such a cool arched lamp that goes with different design styles, but mostly contemporary and modern. I was so happy to find it here on this site and would buy it in Europe as well, if it was available there.

I love this lamp, but had one problem- the electrical cord running through the bend tubes was hard to retract inside when putting the tubes together. difficult to seat properly. lamp illuminates great and looks awesome in my space.
