Lamp is as described in the picture, a little scratched but the problem was solved very quickly, I like the Wayfair customer service!!

Wayfair...my Talati Wall Sconces arrived right on time. I ordered three and two were immaculate but the third had a small but very deep nick right on the front so I called Wayfair to send it back. Much to my surprise, not only would they send me a replacement tout de suite but they allowed me to keep the dented one! Early Christmas present (although I’m not sure what I’ll do with it). I haven’t put them up yet as my renovations are one month behind (!) but I’ll get there and will post pictures when they’re up. Awesome customer service from Wayfair- thanks! ❤️‍

I bought two of these lights for the same room but they cast two different tones. One is warm and the other is cold which is significant enough to look like we painted the walls two different colours-it looks ridiculous! I’ve already sent in a complaint several weeks ago requesting a replacement “warm” light as we really like the lights themselves but still have not heard anything.
