Pederson 1 - Light Drum Pendant

Beware, there is no 30 day return on this pendant light. I accidentally bought 3 of these instead of another one from the same company. They look the same except for one has a chain and this one is fixed. I had immediately ordered 3 more lights when I realized I ordered the wrong ones. Then I communicated online inquiring how to start a return for the ones I accidentally ordered. I was told there is no return on this pendant light. It says there is a 30 day return even when you look at it now…However, supposedly at check out it changes and says this item is nonreturnable I was told. It did not say that when I checked out because I check for things like that routinely. I recommend taking photos of your phone screen at checkout. Now I have roughly 1000 of brand new pendant lights that I won’t use. Do not buy this light unless that doesn’t matter to you. Bait and switch. Unethical business practices.

This beautiful light fixture adds delicate design to ant area.

I purchased two of these beautiful lights for a new house half bath, they are gorgeous! However I neglected to open both boxes after I received them, and unfortunately today when the electrician opened the box to hang the light, one of the glass panes was in pieces. I have looked everywhere on this site to try and order a replacement pane, but Wayfair just keeps sending me back to the help page. It would be nice if you were able to contact the seller through this site.
