Arroyo Craftsman light fixture took exceedingly long time to deliver (16wks) and included a blemish on the insidde of one of the glass pieces which is noticeable; it should not have been shipped as it was visible to the person packing for shipment. Very disappointing. This was a custom made unit, the workmanship and finish quality otherwise was very good. It was also shipped with no customary literature addressing cleaning instructions for the glass or finish, or information on obtaining replacement parts.
