The box arrived well packed and shipped very quickly. It appears to be of a nice quality. The box weight said 25lbs, not 35lbs as listed online. I actually tried to cancel this order exactly 20 min. after purchasing it, but unfortunately the cancellation was not approved by Wayfair. Ultimately, I was happy enough with this chandelier to keep it stored in my garage. I am going to have it installed in the foyer of my next home.
