There should no supporting rod in drum , fibrex needs to be fixed without rods on light rods doesn’t look nice

Beautiful light fixture, it just came without the right hardware to hung it. It took us 3 trips to the hardware store until we were able to hung it properly.

The light arrived in good order. However, I made an inquiry prior to purchasing regarding the diameter of the ceiling mount. I was told it was 7 inches, but when it arrived I measured and it is only 5 inches. I will need to return as it will not cover the existing hole where we are replacing the flush mount light. Seemed like a simple question but we were misinformed.
