I always thought that Wayfair had excellent customer service until now I purchased this 900 Chandalier two weeks ago, it arrived a few days ago. I pulled it out of the box and it the color is not as I thought it looked. Put it right back in the box to return and am told it is nonreturnable. I would never spend 900 on a nonreturnable Chandalier. NO WHERE on my invoice does it say non-returnable, so I believe between now and when I made the purchase it was made nonreturnable. They refunded me 235. So they are keeping approx 700 of my money! We are building a new home and I have spent alot with Wayfair! No more! Buyer beware!
