The burlap is not tightly woven so it looks a little on the cheaper side. The Velcro makes it easy to put on and take off. Can fit a wide variety of cord and chain thicknesses. You have to get at least double the length if you want that good scrunched look. All in all not bad for the cost but I will order a different material to see if I like it better.
