I purchased these LED strips primarily because the black strip color worked perfectly for my project and was difficult to find elsewhere. Unfortunately, the product itself was extremely frustrating to work with. The listing states the strips are cuttable, but the necessary connectors to reconnect sections after cutting were not included. In addition, there was no proper power source included, and the LED transformer recommended on the website was incorrect for this product. After significant trial and error, I eventually sourced my own compatible power supply, but the lights only blinked and malfunctioned. A replacement set was sent, and the exact same issue occurred again. I spent approximately an hour and a half with customer service. While every representative was polite, I was disconnected twice, transferred multiple times, and ultimately no real solution was provided. I then received an email directly from the manufacturer requesting photos, but the sender address appeared to originate from China, which did not inspire confidence in resolving the issue. At this point, I strongly recommend management review this product listing and work directly with the manufacturer to correct the instructions, clarify compatible power requirements, and include the proper connectors needed for cut-and-reconnect installations. As currently sold, the product is not functional for its intended purpose.
