This ceiling fan is so nice that I bought it twice.

Beautiful fan but instructures could be clearer

I hate installing ceiling fans. At least this one looks good! It has 6 speed settings. 1-4 are like normal fans. Levels 5-6 are gale force winds. Theres also a setting to mimic natural wind which varies the speed intermittently.

I love all the options for the fan! The wall switch/power switch doesn’t fit anywhere on our wall, so we had to use Velcro strips.

Positives- fan is modern, strong and very quiet. Opted for installation at purchase through Agi. Installer was prompt and took about an hour to replace existing ceiling fan. Fan comes with 2 controllers and both the fan and the light have multiple settings. Negatives- was advertised as “smart enabled.” However fan did not have any smart capabilities and could not pair with my Alexa. Fan is manufactured by Yitahome and they included an insert to call them with any problems. The phone number did not answer. It directed me to email or message through WhatsApp. After investigating my complaint they admitted to the error in their advertisement and promised to correct it. They offered me a 30 refund to keep the fan but rescinded their offer and instead referred me to Wayfair customer service. Wayfair offered a 25 refund or return. I opted to return to find a fan with the feature I desired. ***Also note that occasionally the fan cuts off on its on ***
