Menands 73'' LED Tree Floor Lamp Set

We have a well lit covered, open entry on which the package should have been left. It was left out in the open by the garage door. Had we left with the car parked on this side of the garage door we would have hit it and knocked it over. There was also moisture coming down so the box is damp. Very disappointed in this part of the process. The lamp fits very well in the room and I love the light it put out. The dimmer switch works very well.

This lamp matches the photo and looks nice in our room. The quality is questionable. The lamp arrived with a dented base (it's going behind our couch so it's not worth returning over the dent) and came packaged in cheap styrofoam which clearly didn't protect it during shipping. Assembly was fine, no issues. The lamp cord is a thin cord with a large power supply (think old school RC car charger) which seems ridiculous for an expensive lamp, the adapter should be built into the lamp with a normal power cord for aesthetic purposes. The switch for controlling the light is a touch style and is difficult to adjust properly, by no means a smooth operation and without practicing and knowing the lamp guests will not be able to use that feature easily (again, completely unacceptable for a lamp over $200). The lights do appear to be some sort of LED however unlike the rest of LEDs in my home, they get hot to the touch similar to a traditional bulb. This lamp is decently bright and this could be why the bulbs get hotter than other LEDs. Overall, I would not recommend and would not buy again at this price point (if I bought this at a bargain store for $70 I would say this would be the expectations of the product and probably be satisfied with it). This purchase has me rethinking Wayfair as an option for supplying any future expensive home items.

This lamp has stopped working in the last couple months. There is no way to control the setting so It goes of and on at will. Vey disappointing, We had it a year so cant return it. Wish we could reach out to manufacturer to help but no paperwork came with it other than assembly. rather pricey for bad product.

Easy to assemble and a beauty once it’s all set up. Not too big and perfect for my living room area. Provides great lighting.

Adds a “vibe” to my family room!!

This lamp was a disappointment. Had to reorder the top part because set screw was damaged. The company was good and sent a replacement but that one doesn’t fit well, almost like it was bent. Too much hassle to keep trying. It was a gift for a first apartment so embarrassed to keep having to fix issues. The dimmer is also not great. We cannot figure out how to keep it at the desired dimming point. I would not buy this again.

Looks great. Very stylish. To move the lights apart you need to do that potentially before screwing it together.
