I bought this to match a table lamp I already own. It was securely packaged and easy to assemble. This lamp has a nice heft to it but isn't too heavy to easily move. The shade is a true neutral white to my eye, not ivory or off-white.

I needed this lamp to fit a small space in a corner between the wall and the couch - it fit perfectly! The power string at the top of the lamp makes it easy to access in a tight space.
