This rod matched our Kichler fan perfectly. We needed a longer rod for our fan because of our high ceilings.

We ordered two down rods for two fans. They were shipped individually, with a tag on one that read "Partial - 1 of 2". The other rod had NO tag on it at all. Needless to say, the second one went missing during shipping. After two and a half weeks of phone calls trying to track down the missing rod, with an electrician coming to install them the next day, the second rod was finally found. This was due to the diligence of a kind shipping company employee. Why in the world the two rods weren't packed together in a box, or taped together, or at the very least had a label on each one is beyond me. In fact, it is a miracle we finally received the second one! We had just given it up for lost. So, I give the person who packed the rods zero stars. The rods themselves are what we ordered and they get five stars.
