Anneliese 64'' Tree Floor Lamp

When I opened the box, one cap belonging on a screw was not fastened to its screw; it was loose in the box. Assembly made the reason clear: this particular cap does not fit on this particular screw. I e-mailed artivausa, telling them the problem, enclosing a picture of the cap and screw, and asking them to send a cap and screw pair that would fit together. They have not responded to my email.

I like the look of it, but the rotary switch knob fell off of one of the lamps, and it's not threaded, so I can't just screw it back on.

There is an obvious design flaw in the weight in the base of this lamp. The base is a cement like mold covered by thin plastic. We got this lamp 3 times. In every new lamp we received, the cement block in the base was crack/crushed spreading lots of cement dust and gravel all over the lamp parts in the box. Because the base weight was damaged, the lamp would not stand level, and "stuff" continued to leak out on the floor. It's so odd, because the lamp is not damaged, works perfectly and is very attractive.

It’s ok, way overpriced in my opinion

Very well made. Gives off a ton of a light in a room with no overhead lighting. The finish is good quality, and it fits nicely in my mid century decor.

Like the appearance and flexibility. Gimbel mounts for lights give infinite aiming possibilities. Like that bulbs were included. Simple assembly. Only problem is that there wer black plastic protectors at two joints that had to be discarded; drawing shows them in place.

Exactly what we were looking for to add different levels of light to our officereading area

I gave this as a gift. It is beautiful and the recipient was very happy with it.

We love the lamp and the reversible quilt. Both just what we were looking for.

The tree floor lamp looks nice but one light intermittently goes off and on....annoying! One of the knobs fell and there is no way for it to be reattached.....also, while trying to change a bulb, the socket fixture came loose, sparked and smoked!! I believe the quality of the product was no better than a lamp bought at a discount store for a much lower price! The two stars I gave this lamp are for looks only, so disappointed in the quality .
