Cheyrl 4 -Light 35.4" Rectangle LED Flush Mount

I purchased two lights 18 months ago, and I already have dead or dim spots appearing in both of them. This issue is not a one-off. The lights are advertised to last 50,000 hours, which equates to about 5.7 years if they are left on continuously. The warranty is for one year, so I've just passed that period, and Wayfair would not work with me on this issue. If you are considering these lights, I highly recommend purchasing the extended warranty, as you shouldn't count on them lasting 50,000 hours; it's not even close.

Light is very thin and modern looking. We installed it in our living room and it dims very well and looks great as a centerpiece light. It was easy to install and light matches well with our other recessed lights! Price is also great for the quality!

I wanted a modern clean looking living room light. I really liked all the options, which was the whole reason I chose this light. It has six different colors of varying lumens, to customize for decor and ambiance. Everything is at the touch of a button, with an easy to use remote. Installation was pretty easy after watching a video. The construction of the light is sturdy and well made. The design of the different individual components is very thoughtful. How the upper lights are internal facing with a diffusing cover. Then the lower lights that I especially like, how they utilize acrylic for external light diffusing. It feels gentler on the eyes. The acrylic measures approximately an inch in width and half inch in thickness. This is an excellent light fixtures!

Wow! I really love this light, it has different settings for the type of light it gives off. It also can be dimmed so you can make it lighter or brighter. The installation was a little more difficult if you’re not used to doing electrical work, so have an electrician install. This is also a nice size light fixture that can be used in a larger room so I chose to put it in my basement that I am refinishing right now. It looks wonderful! It is not as bright as expected, have not tried to change the light temperature. The frame is flimsy, but ok for the laundry room.

Perfect for small rooms as the awesome abstract design adds style and design without overwhelming the small space. Full instructions were provided for easy assembly and installation. The included remote provides control of the brightness and warmth of the light.

I think to help get the price of the product down, or to ship it from China, it came in multiple pieces within the box. It took a little bit of time to unwrap because every piece was bound in saran wrap. Assembly was not difficult to do but the instructions and video were not accurate. A few of the screws in the corners were very difficult to tighten, and I wish that they had included a small wrench that would fit the nut. Extra hardware was provided which was helpful. Two people are needed to hang this light fixture, but I was able to do it myself by using a ribbon to hang it from the ceiling mount while connecting the wires. It looks great in my office, but is a little bright for my 90 SF space (but that’s on me not them). The color temperature adjustment is perfect to help match the adjacent LED lights in the house. Overall I love the light fixture, and I looked at it provides. The main reason for the loss of a star on the review is that the ceiling bracket came incorrectly assembled and would not allow the light fixture to mount flush to the ceiling. After realizing this, I had to take the whole thing down and reassemble it. Be sure the metal disk of the support bracket is flush with the ceiling. It’s a simple fix to unscrew the bolts and flip them at round, but it caused a loss of time and added frustration.

It's OK pretty much sums this light up. It's not something I would put in many rooms but it does work well in my husband's "gaming/office" space. (Or at least he likes it enough to say that). I find the LED light strip style to be pretty unpleasing to the eye, but he's using it to create more of a backlight glow from above. It looks pretty cheap but it seems like it's mostly a metal material. The included remote does give you some options as far as color temp and brightness level but again, to me, it has a very fluorescent light feeling no matter what the setting. It's not a light that will really "brighten" a space, more so it will just accentuate the lighting you already have in that space.

Easier to put up with two people. The light did not work with my Lutron digital dimmer. It kept blinking but never synchronized with switch. I therefore brought a non-digital dimmer switch and it worked (one with manual dimmer). The light is changeable with remote (color intensity and brightness). Wish it was Bluetooth so I can control with phone. Only controlled with remote basically so you will need to keep two triple AAA batteries recharged or replaced for remote.
