This is a beautiful understated lamp. It is on the small size for my needs. I knew the shade would need to be larger so I bought one on Wayfair. I think it looks great with the lamp. I gave it 4 stars because it is a bit out of a straight alignment. I didn't want to hassle with boxing it up for a return. We have tugged at it a bit. Hopefully the tilt is not too noticeable. It really is beautiful, especially for the price.

Purchased a pair of these lamps for my bedroom. They came well packaged with no damage. They are solid glass and are quite heavy so no risk of being knocked over. The shades are not as dark as pictured - look off white in daylight and very light gray at night - but they are nicely textured. They cast a nice glow when lit at night. Pros: Solid and elegant Cons: shade not as gray as pictured
