I placed an order for 3 of these a month ago with no issues. Ordered 1 more last week. Received light and remote but absolutely no hanging or changing equipment. Nice, lightweight picture light. USB rechargeable so it's perfect. Unsure how long the charge lasts, so if I find the charge life is too short, I will update the review. I would recommend to the manufacturer that they drill one screw hole in the magnetic plate in the back for more secure mounting. Not a fan of the adhesive backing on the metal plate, and I know I'll fear unit is just heavy enough to slip off the magnetic plate and fall off the wall. We received our Retractable Picture Light, and i didnt realize how a light can make such a difference in adding elegance to artwork. It took about 20 minutes to install as we wanted it level. A small plate is what you attach to the wall because the light is removable.so it can be charged, it comes with a remote and three different light settings and is dimmable, and has 3 timer choices. Amazing picture light. I am painting over a mall random wall in my house where I plan to put this picture light along with two frames. It has a warm light and a cool light along with different brightness setting and even timer settings. We bought one of these lamps and we were thrilled with it. We got a new piece of artwork we wanted to illuminate, so we bought another. After installing the lamp, we gave it a full charge. We wanted to use the lamp a few days later and it was completely dead. Tried charging it a second time and had the same results. The lamp would not hold the charge. We contacted Wayfair to let them know of the problem. Wayfair immediately sent out a replacement lamp. It works perfectly. Very grateful Wayfair fixed the problem so fast. These are great little spotlights. For my application though they weren’t quite strong enough to throw the light the distance I required. However, I would recommend for general use where a spotlight is needed to illuminate a piece of art where you want good coverage and great flexibility in the from cool to warm is needed.. Cah.
