The New Construction Recessed Housing is a 5" IC, airtight, incandescent downlight housing. Specifically designed to provide the contractor with the best value downlight.

This 4 in. small-aperture Air-Tight Non-IC Remodel Housing provides accent and task lighting for remodel applications and is ideal for those who do not have easy access above the ceiling. Use with a variety of trims and finishes to create different lighting effects or match any decor. Its gasketed air-tight lamp housing prevents conditioned air from escaping into the attic space, reducing unnecessary HVAC energy usage. The installation springs adjust to fit ceiling thicknesses from in. to 1 in. The housing is constructed from die-formed corrosion resistant galvanized steel. It features a universal J-box with snap-out sides and provided with push in connectors to make wiring quick and easy. Simple installation mounting springs press and lock into place, making installation quick and efficient. Hanger bars include t-bar mounting clamps for use in suspended t-grid ceilings. The integrated temperature sensor prevents lamp overheating, allowing this fixture to be used with a range of lamp shapes and wattages. It is an Air-Tite, ASTM E283 tested housing designed to prevent air flow between occupied spaces and unconditioned areas. Fire enclosure provides fire barrier around recessed lights. Firebox is designed for easy installation and to reduce labour cost significantly. It also can be used as a vapour barrier for other openings. Can be installed before or after recessed fixture installation. Mounting: Mounts quickly with staples, nails or screws with flat washers to the ceiling structure. Sealing: Seal power feeding point with firetape.

Shallow profile LED that is designed to fit in tight ceiling spaces without sacrificing illumination or light output. Available in 4in or 6in downlight or adjustable.

The new construction is energy-efficient and built for new construction. It can be completely covered with insulation and vertically adjusts to accommodate up to a 2" ceiling thickness.
