Purchased both the Table Lamp and the Floor Lamp through Wayfair. Floor Lamp arrived with light damage to both shades, rectangular dented and moon shade bracket clamp lose/broken. Have not tried to resolve with this manufacturer, will post if something goes wrong. The good news: high quality, substantial pieces that do impress! As far as the color goes, I swear they are black, some friends think they're navy blue. I am not able to photograph properly, but have included a close up shot. To me, they appear to reflect their surrounding colors. In my living room, they appear dark mahogany when surrounded by wood floor, ceiling and maroon in fabrics. Considerations: 1. Use two people to assemble floor lamp on a soft surface (like a blanket) 2. If you use two separate lamps and you want the "moons" to face each other, figure that out before assembly so wire out faces the back and switch face the front/side. Table lamp is fully assembled, mount shade. It is NOT a 3 way bright socket. The light options are moon on, lamp on, or moon & lamp on together. Never thought I would pay this much for lamps, but the Art-Deco or Modern look throws a "curve" into any décor fashion. You'll love them and people will notice and comment.. James. Belleville, IL.
