bought this second fan for our guest bedroom- installation was challenging as there was no text with only pictorial steps, but any homeowner with moderate skills can accomplish it in under 2 hours(as long as existing wires are done a certified electrician- ours were under a ceiling cover already for a light fixture etc)- but we do love and enjoy the fan/light combo and modern look! would recommend to a friend!!. finally had the toilet installed. cheaply looking... toilet seat is flimsy... all the pipes in the back are way too long and my plumber couldn't push all of them into the cavity in the back... It is adequate at the price point... but don't expect high end with this toilet. have not used the bidet or the toilet yet... I don't have very high hope but will update.. Flaherty. CT.
