The big problem is what Ive pre-read in other reviews... the unit makes a noise when the fans are moving at any speed! Some reviews have stated they think its loose crystals are shaking, but its not bc it made this noise when we turned it on before installing the crystal crown. Will need to call customer service.. The attractiveness of this Chandelier Fan exceeded initial expectations. Its weight is comparable to, or slightly heavier than, the average fan, making it relatively easy to manage. To ensure optimal support, I suggest utilizing wood block support in the attic, if feasible. A significant advantage is the use of glass crystals, rather than plastic, which enhances light reflection and contributes to the products visual appeal. The three light settings are an additional benefit, allowing users to create their desired ambiance. (Bright white hue - Candescent yellow hue - Soft White hue) The fan also features three speeds and generates a decent amount of air circulation. The lamps installation is relatively straightforward. Although the process of hanging each glass crystal individually was tedious, the end result was well worth the effort. The remote control for the fan is a convenient feature.
