It’s more silver in person. Almost like it got sprayed with shimmery silver spray paint. Didn’t expect that but thankfully when I turned off lights and turned on the bottom light it gives off warm tones and I’m content with it. I am delighted with these lamps! You won’t believe how compact the box they arrive in is, and when you open the box, you see how they are deconstructed. These lamps are a feat in engineering, and I say that in earnest. The shades are flat strips that assemble in a minute to beautiful shades. My husband laughed when he saw the assembly required, but he was swiftly impressed that I had both lamps in use on our nightstands in about five minutes. The touch button is a cinch to use. My only complaint is that the charging ports are both to the right of the button and the cord, so on one side of the bed, the charging ports face you, and on the other side of the bed, they face away from you, but no one else will notice that..
