I originally purchased these to be on the end tables next to a four poster bed in a bedroom, but they are so beautiful and elegant looking. I decided to place them in my living room area, but there again posed a small problem as the lamps that were already in the living room, had beautiful embroidered shades, which I wanted to keep because they matched the upholstery in my living room furniture, so a simple switch of the old lampshades to these beautiful new lamps and the beautiful lampshades on these lamps into the Bedroom And I couldn’t be happier.
