I love the light. However, it took 8 months to get it put up!! It was very intimidating . It sat on the kitchen counter. One friend got the base up and I had the metal pieces attached to the crystal balls and prisms. Another friend came over and we got it up. Wish the directions had been more helpful.. Debra. US.
