Lovely looking design that makes a statement. Quality product. Instructions are fair. The big problem is what Ive pre-read in other reviews... the unit makes a noise when the fans are moving at any speed! Some reviews have stated they think its loose crystals are shaking, but its not bc it made this noise when we turned it on before installing the crystal crown. Will need to call customer service..
