We initially received the wrong light and I did not realize it until weeks later and the box had been thrown away, since my husband opened and did not realize what we ordered. The company was accommodating and sent us the new light right away. Great customer service. The light came in pieces but was easily put together, the hardest part was weeding the wire through the pole because of the sheathing. It was somewhat difficult to hang because we have it on our stair ceiling and the light is pretty heavy. Love this new light in our bathroom! We have a 100 yr old house and needed to find a light fixture with remote feature since the original old lightbulb in ceiling was on a pull chain on/off! Our old wiring gave us some issues in connecting the new light fixture but with some patience and care it light fixture was installed within an hour.( this includes dropping the screw to attach to ceiling numerous times! up and down the ladder!)
