Pleased so far! It blows air and lights the room well. It is also relatively quiet. I appreciate the various lighting options and the range of fan speeds. Although my husband is handy, he's not an electrician. Yet he put it up in about 30 minutes and said it was easy to do. I had no issues pairing with the app, but my husband hasn't been able to do so. Otherwise, everything has been intuitive with the controls. We'll see how it holds up over time, but it seems sturdy enough. I ordered an "open box" one in white (although it looks black in this photo). I don't think it had even been opened! Great value! Hubby says we should order more for other rooms!. Aubrey. Buying this fan was a bit of a risk. There were no reviews, and I couldn’t tell if the fan was going to look cheap and tacky in real life. To my great relief, the fan is beautiful and looks expensive. It gives a good amount of air, and the glass is beautiful. It was easy to install too. I deducted a star though because the description said it the fan could be remote or switch activated. It does not wire to both a light and separate fan switch. The fan only works with the remote. Functionally it works great. The 3 light settings are very useful and the fan is quiet. The wood trim is a bit rough, so my husband shaved off the splinters.
