It does not work and I'm having great difficulty getting help from anyone!!Looks good,but there are no directions for hanging the crystals on the chandelier! Tons of pretty crystals,but no wire with which to hang or attach them! Directions were not complete and it was missing wire nuts. The description says "Engerbretson" ,but the manufacturer is BellaDepot. I think it will be beautiful, but not till I find out how to attach over 80 crystals! Good thing my husband is a great handyman! Update: We have tried everything. It doesn't work. No answer from manufacturer but Way fair is sending a replacement! Fingers crossed! I will update with the replacement Replacement came and worked perfectly! I love having a fanchalier in my bed room! I have gotten many compliments on this when I show the house to friends!. Susan.
