bought this second fan for our guest bedroom- installation was challenging as there was no text with only pictorial steps, but any homeowner with moderate skills can accomplish it in under 2 hours(as long as existing wires are done a certified electrician- ours were under a ceiling cover already for a light fixture etc)- but we do love and enjoy the fan/light combo and modern look! would recommend to a friend!!. Very easy to install. Innovative hook helps to hold the fan while you are wiring everything. Modern look is reat in my sons cool new bedroom. Very quiet and nice air flow.
