We installed this over our island in our kitchen renovation. Rustic farmhouse look was what we were going for in our 1911 craftsman farmhouse. this fits in just fine. we didn't want to use the diffusers and had to shop around to find a collar that would work instead since the diffuser harp was welded to the collar.
