These lamps look very classy and high quality. I purchased these to add additional/accent lighting in my hallway as it is quite dark. It worked great. The light is very bright. The color is more of a “white/bright” tone, but it is on the warmer end of the spectrum (aka not blue-toned at all). The light is almost too bright for where I was placing these. The fixture is adjustable in two locations (at the base attachment and at the light bulb attachment) which allowed me to turn the light towards the ceiling to soften the brightness. This feature was great and allowed me to play around until I got the light positioned exactly how I needed it. I really like that they are able to function as a plug-in or hardwired light fixture. Currently, I am using them as plug-ins and plan to add a cord cover or paint to disguise the cord. The black is very obvious on the light colored wall.. Devon. Charlotte, NC. Sat Oct 01 2022
