These lights are great. I was able to install them myself and I am not an electrician (although a very capable DIYer). The box sits perfectly inside the ceiling and the switch to adjust the light temperature is on the side facing the hole so you don't have to keep pulling it out to adjust. The lights are wafer thin and the clips are easy enough to manage. Lights arrived packed properly And all of them do work properly. The ability to tilt the lights is a great feature. If you choose to keep them flush they do not look as if they are tiltable which is a more high-end look. The multi-choice Kelvin feature is very helpful. I had been wanting to add a light to our hallway, but didn't really want a big light fixture, I just wanted something that would blend in. Well, I found it. This light was very easy to install, I just had to locate the wiring above in the attic. Comes with diagram showing you how big to cut the hole in the ceiling.
