I really like this hanging pendant light fixture. The electrical wiring system was a bit more complicated with a couple of extra wires and it doesnt dim from the dimming outlet despite it being a dimmer switch. It does dim however, using the remote control. I expected it to give off more light at full power but honestly its in my piano room where we never really require high level lighting. It definitely added a more up to date look to the room and thats what I was going for. In my opinion its a great contemporarymodern light for the price. It’s a beautiful piece, however the cords came twisted and no amount of untangling could fix them. My step dad had to cut the wires, fix the cords, and then rewire them all by himself. It took him 2 hours and 45 minutes to get everything to my liking. There was white stuff all over my cords too, but I was able to wipe it off with some scrubbing with a wet wipe. Over all, this task may have been impossible if I didn’t have someone that knew how to rewire things. I don’t think it was priced accordingly even on sale, for the hassle it took to even get it ready to be hung. The warm light feature isn’t as warm as I want but it’s still better than the cool white florescent light I used to have. The dimming feature is very nice! I am happy with it.. Roo. Lexington, KY. I really do love this light fixture but it isn't going to work for what I originally ordered it for because I thought the strands would be flexible, but they are sturdy and fixed in their shape. I had been hoping to stretch out where I attached the ends of them.
