I'm happy with the light we purchased. It is good quality and it will look great in our kitchen. I was a little confused as to the recommended light bulbs. They are suggesting a LED bulb and not a regular 60 watt bulb.. E. MD. Tue Mar 17 2015

very lovely, simple, and elegant... a definite go ...has a beautiful glow...just what I was looking for. ( I do wish the style came in a larger size also, as it appears smaller than the 15.9"...as measured from bracket ends) ...but still I love it! Pictures do not do it justice.. Eileen. Perinton Ny. Our Compass designer was building a boat and contemplating navigation when inspiration struck. Based on the simple needle compass - a cork floating in water with a magnetized needle sticking through it - our ceiling light takes significantly more skill and time to create.
