When motion is detected, the light will brighten to 400 lumens for a period of 30 seconds. After 8 hours of use the light will turn off, when motion is detected after 8 hours, it will turn the light back on in about 200 lumens output for a period of 30 seconds. Setting: PIR model selects the PIR option. In the PIR setting, the light remains off until motion is detected, at which time the light will turn on at 200 Lumens for 1 minute"
