I love the chandelier. It appears to be good quality. The finish I got was oil rubbed bronze, which is more matte of a finish. It swivels and has two adjustments on the arms. They appear to tighten well enough to hold it in the correct position. There are two switches one on the base one on the socket just above the shade.
