I wish I could rate with 0 stars! Do not buy this rug! It is false advertisement you do not get 2 rugs for the price of 1. The description is not true at all. I Was put on hold 6 times, sitting on the phone for an hour. The customer representative didn’t know how to handle the situation. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with this company. All the trouble and unnecessary inconvenience I went through to try to get what I paid for. Wayfair will be loosing a loyal customer for the hassle that they caused over this!
