I have always received top quality furniture from Wayfair and this drop leaf was one of my favorite and fit perfectly in my small space. Thank you Wayfair for always coming through!!

I was so excited to get this table, as it was one of the only ones I could find of this size that included the storage we need for our small kitchen. The instructions say it will take about 30 minutes to build, which is a joke. It took my husband and I 2 hours from start to finish. The instructions are quite confusing, and we used screwdrivers instead of a drill so we did not split the wood. Overall, the table looks nice, however it came with many imperfections (chip out of the drop leaf, crack down the sides of multiple of the legs) and is easily scratched if you are not careful with what you are putting on the surface. Thankfully, Wayfair has stated they will send me replacement parts, so I am hoping those come unharmed. I think we will get a few years out of this table with caution and care, which I guess isn’t horrible considering the price.

Torn between 4-5 stars on this one. While I love it and it was perfect for our space it was immediately scratched on the top. I'm not sure if I can sand it a bit a try to find some touch up and sealer, for now I've done nothing. It's not too noticeable but it was brand new. We just sat a mirror on it and it must have got bumped or something because when we picked it up there is a big noticeable scratch. Was just sad that it was so easy to damage as it will be a table that we use to eat on so it's likely to get plates, silverware etc. sat on it and possibly slid across etc. Hoping the use won't scratch it more! But, I love the size, it's perfect for our condo. I'm planning to get a square basket for the bottom shelf for placemat's/cloth napkins etc.

Once the table was put together it turned out quite nice, but would not recommend if you are easily bothered by multiple minor imperfections. There was a lot of weird black stains on the bottom of the table top and the shelves. Was able to flip the stained sides of the shelves. There was also a long crack going down the outside of one of the legs. Also, wouldnt recommend using only a screwdriver for the hinges area of the tabletop. The holes were not pre drilled and I now have a bruise forming on the inside of my right palm. That all said, I do still really like the table. Just was a pain building. Definitely a two person job, at least for putting the tabletop on. Pretty heavy.

I am feeling really happy to have this table! It’s perfect for our house. Good quality it appears.
