Looks beautiful BUT it was virtually impossible to build without breaking a little due to the enormous tension required. I can’t imagine anyone building it and not breaking it a bit, since the instructions tell you to do something that will break it. However it can be glued back together so I only took off one star. Perhaps a bigger issue is that the wine holder part at the bottom is too small to hold wine bottles! Took off another star for that. Definitely an advanced build, do not attempt unless you’re aconfident in your furniture building abilities.

The product came with broken pieces and it was hard to put together too. Had to return!

Beautiful cabinet once assembled. That said, we were surprised at how challenging it was to put together. On a scale from DIY beginner to home contractor, my husband and I are much closer to the contractor end—and we’ve never struggled this much with furniture assembly. The most difficult part is curving the board to create the arched effect; the wood pegs aren’t strong enough to handle the pressure alone (one snapped, and we had to wood-glue it back). To make it work, we needed two people—one to hold the arch in place and one to screw it in quickly. Once built, though, it really is a stunning piece.

The look of it is very nice but it was really hard to put it together where to wood rounds. The pieces also were not strong enough to hold the bent wood together. There are also some gaps where it looks like there shouldn’t be.
